What payment methods are accepted?

A.L.K Jewelry Plus accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple and Google pay, Venmo, meta, PayPal, and Shop pay for U.S. merchandise purchases. During checkout, select a form of payment and Enter information. Then enter the billing information as it appears on your statement. once enter please confirm the information is correct and ensure that your billing name is exactly the same as it appears on your credit card. For your protection, transactions cannot be processed if the billing information is incorrect.

 How do I track my order?

After you complete the checkout process the Order summary page will confirm the details of the order you have placed and provide you with a reference number. You will also receive an email with the order number, acknowledging you order has been placed. If you have not received an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, please check your spam folder. Tracking information will also be provided to you.  What is A.L.K return policy?

We hope you love your items, if not please let us know why? You may return most of our merchandise. We gladly accept returns of most new, unused items in their original condition, including all tags and other item packaging.

Exclusions: The Following items cannot be exchanged or returned real body jewelry (earrings included). apparel which the tags have been removed cannot be returned or exchanged. ALK gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash (except as required by law).
